School of Architecture & Environment

In September 2020, I began my role as Social Media Coordinator for the School of Architecture and Environment at the University of Oregon. I curate the feed to feature student and faculty projects, research, and awards. Some campaigns I am currently implementing are Monday event updates, alumni and student spotlights, as well as a biweekly quiz. The interactive quiz is unveiled every other Wednesday and features five videos with corresponding questions. Followers are allowed to answer the multiple choice questions and see the correct answer instantaneously. In this COVID era is it now more than ever is it important for educational institutions to be active on social media. Students rely on social media to get information, connect with peers and instructors, and seek inspiration.

Outdoor Voices

OVsocial -01.png
For the 2019-2020 school year I had the opportunity to work for Outdoor Voices as a University Campus Ambassador. Outdoor Voices is an activewear brand that supports students to get moving and start #doingthings. My responsibilities included: promotion of the brand and their merchandise on Facebook and Instagram as well as the organization and promotion of physical or mental health events on campus. The main objective of the program was to spread awareness of OV’s college student discount program and increase student account registration on their online retail site.

Tessah Danel Campaign

In June of 2020, I worked as graphic designer for a political social media campaign. Tessah Danel ran as a Democratic candidate for the Oregon House of Representatives District 39. I worked closely with the candidate and her campaign team to produce a collection of ten unique images to be used as advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
